Meet The Docs: Dr. Denise Caron
Dr. Denise Caron graduated from Tufts Dental School in Boston in
1982 and the practiced for five (5) years in Auburn, Maine before
joining North Deering Dental in 1987. Prior to attending dental
school, Dr. Caron was a member of the first graduating Dental
Hygiene class from the University of Maine at Bangor in 1975 and
then graduated from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor
of Science in Nutrition in 1977.
Dr. Caron was born in San Antonio, Texas but was raised in Rumford and Lewiston, Maine. She attended and graduated from Lewiston High School.
Dr. Caron is an active participant in local, state and national dental organizations including:
- The American Dental Association
- The Academy of General Dentistry
- The Maine Dental Association
- The Greater Portland Dental Association.
Dr. Caron married Tony McDonald in 1982. They have one daughter, Katherine, and they live in South Freeport, Maine. Dr. Caron enjoys sailing, kayaking, gardening, cooking and skiing with the family.
